Train with current High School Head Coaches of Cross Country and Track & Field.

Learn the fundamentals of proper running form, sprinting and jumping technique.  Learn the importance of developing good nutrition, hydration and injury prevention habits. Develop improved athleticism, strength, and speed.  Club members are eligible to participate in Track and Field/Cross Country meets sponsored by USATF and the Junior Olympics.  

We accept boys and girls ages 9 and up 
(5th grade - 12th grade)


Club Fees:  $95.00/month 

Monthly Group training available for athletes of ALL SPORTS and ALL ABILITY LEVELS looking to become faster, stronger, and more fit.  From first time runners, to elite level athletes, Orange County Heat can provide the training to fit your needs.
